RITA CHIRIAN

RITA CHIRIAN (b. 1982, Romania) is a poet, literary critic and translator. She published four poetry collections: Sevraj (Withdrawal, 2006 – Mihai Eminescu National Prize for Poetry – 2007), poker face (2010 – The Book of the Year – Poetry, Romanian Writers’ Union – Hermannstadt – 2011), Asperger (2012, The Book of the Year – Poetry, Romanian Writers’ Union – Hermannstadt, 2013), Casa fleacurilor (The House of Trifles, 2016 – The Young Writer National Prize).
